Result Components

  • Score: 1-100 rating of fit for your tech position, color-coded for fast screening.
  • Reason: Detailed explanation of the score, highlighting technical skills and experience gaps.
  • Tags: Tech criteria with sub-scores, e.g., “React Expertise: 95”.
  • Name: Candidate’s name from resume.
  • Education: Summary of relevant technical education.
  • Experience: Overview of tech career history.
  • Enriched: Indicates if LinkedIn data enhanced the tech profile analysis.
  • LinkedIn Link: Direct access to full profile for deeper tech talent evaluation.
