As a LinkedIn tech recruiter, follow these steps to analyze candidate CVs against your tech job positions and build your talent pipeline more efficiently.

Accessing CV Analyzer

  1. Log in to app.ozzi.ai - your hub for AI-powered tech recruiting.

  2. Navigate to /cv-analyzer/ to view your active tech positions.

  3. Select a tech job opening, directing you to /cv-analyzer/[position-id] for that role.

  4. Review previous analyses for this position with “Load more” for your tech candidate history.

Uploading and Analyzing CVs

  1. Drag and drop CVs from your tech talent pool or browse to select.

  2. CVs process sequentially, perfect for batch screening tech candidates.

  3. For each CV:

    • Parses resume content for tech skills and experience.
    • Enriches with LinkedIn data if URL present.
    • Scores based on your tech position requirements.
    • Deducts 10 credits only on successful analysis.
